Client Statuses

Within Sequence coaching each client has a status. The available statuses are:

• Pending
• Active
• Inactive

Pending

You can plan and get things all setup so when you invite your client they have a great first experience.

Active

You are currently coaching this client. This client will now be included as part of your monthly coaching client usage.

Inactive

You are currently not coaching this client. This client will no longer be included as part of your monthly coaching client usage.

Changing Coaching

Note: "Pending" to "Active" will happen automatically when you invite a client and they sign up.

To change a coaching status of a client, visit the client details page and click on the menu icon on the right. Here you'll have the option to select the appropriate status.
