Within Sequence you can create a dedicated library of coaching workouts separate from your personal workouts.
Sharing Workouts

You must select a client before you can share workouts with them.
Two ways to add workouts to clients:
- Individual — Open a coaching workout and select “Add to this client” from the menu
- Bulk — Use Bulk Add Workouts to assign multiple at once
