Sometimes notes on an activity don't make sense but you still want to keep track of "something else" relevant to your training. This is where custom notes on a day come in.

Think of it as a little diary inside Sequence 🎉

To add a new note all you need to do is click on the "three dot icon" at the top of the day column and select "Add Note". Fill in the fields and select "Create".

Once your note is created you will see it at the top of the day you created it in. You can add as many notes as you like. You just can't drag them like workouts.

To view the details of your note just click on it and view the details in the drawer. You can edit and delete your note from the "three dot icon" in the top right.
