Daily Metrics
Recording daily metrics helps you monitor physical variables while training. Track what’s working, what isn’t, and how your training load affects other aspects of your health.
Setting Up Metrics
Open Daily Metrics settings
Either click Metrics → Daily Metrics or click on a day in the planner, select the Daily Metrics option and then click the Edit in the top right corner.
Create your metrics
Add the variables you want to track. Common examples:
- Weight
- Resting heart rate
- Sleep hours
- Energy level
- Wake up feeling
- Skin condition (for climbers)
Configure each metric
Set the name, unit of measurement, and any default values.
Recording Data
Record metrics at the same time each day (like first thing in the morning) for consistent data.
Viewing Trends
Go to Metrics → Daily Metrics to see graphs of your data over time.
After a few weeks of data, you’ll start seeing meaningful patterns that help inform your training decisions.
Next Steps
