Workout Packs

Workout Packs are pre-built collections of workouts designed by coaches and training experts. Instead of creating every workout from scratch, you can browse packs and add them directly to your workout library.

Accessing Workout Packs

Find Workout Packs in the sidebar. Click Packs to browse available collections.

Browsing Packs

Each pack includes:

  • Pack name — The collection title
  • Description — What the pack contains and who it’s designed for
  • Included workouts — Preview of the workouts in the pack

Adding a Pack to Your Library

Open the pack

Click on a Workout Pack to view its details and included workouts.

Add to library

Click Add to Your Workouts to copy all workouts from the pack into your personal workout library.

Use the workouts

The workouts now appear in your Workouts section. Schedule them on your planner like any other workout.

If you’ve already added some workouts from a pack, only the new ones will be added. Existing workouts won’t be duplicated.

Tips

Start with one pack

  • Try a single pack first to see if it fits your training style
  • You can always add more packs later

Organise your library

  • Archive workouts you don’t need right now
