Dashboard

The dashboard is your home base in Sequence. It gives you a quick overview of your training - what’s coming up, how you’re progressing, and what you’ve achieved.

Snapshot

The top of your dashboard shows your weekly training snapshot:

  • Sessions Completed — The number of sessions you have completed in the past week
  • Category Breakdown — An average breakdown of your training by category
  • Feeling — Your feeling score
  • Motivation — Your motivation score
  • Performance — Your performance score
  • RPE — Your RPE score
  • Total Hours — The total number of hours you have trained
  • Days on Rock — The total number of days you have been on rock
  • Rest Days — The total number of rest days you have had

The snapshot also shows how this week compares to last week, so you can see if you’re training more or less than usual.

Upcoming Workouts

See your next few scheduled workouts at a glance. Click any workout to view details or mark it complete.

If you don’t have any workouts scheduled, the dashboard will prompt you to add some from your workout library or apply a training plan.

Goals in Progress

Active goals appear on your dashboard. This helps you stay focused on what you’re working toward.

Recent Milestones

Your latest achievements and milestones are displayed here. Celebrate your progress and look back on what you’ve accomplished.

Recent Notes

Quick access to your most recent training notes. Useful for reviewing session reflections or checking notes from your coach.
