Account & Subscription

Is Sequence free to use?

Yes, Sequence has a free tier that includes basic workout creation, scheduling, and tracking. Premium features like advanced analytics and unlimited widgets require a subscription.

Can I use Sequence on both web and mobile?

Yes. Your account syncs across all devices. Create workouts on web, log them on mobile, everything stays in sync.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Account on web, or manage through your App Store/Play Store subscription settings if you subscribed on mobile.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is preserved. You’ll still have access to the free tier features, and if you resubscribe later, all your data will still be there.

Training & Workouts

How do I create a workout?

Go to Workouts → New Workout. Add a name, category, duration, and any widgets you want to use for tracking. See Workouts for details.

Can I import my existing training data?

Yes. Use the Import feature to bring in workout history, logbook entries, or daily metrics from CSV files.

What are widgets?

Widgets are tracking tools you add to workouts. They let you log specific data like sets and reps (measures), subjective ratings (sliders), climbing sessions (logbook), or choices (select). See Widgets for more.

How do I mark a workout as incomplete?

When viewing a scheduled workout, select “Mark Incomplete” instead of “Complete.” You can optionally add a reason why you couldn’t complete it. See Incomplete Workouts.

Mobile App

Which features work on mobile?

Most core features work on mobile: completing workouts, logging data, viewing your planner, tracking daily metrics, and creating notes. See Mobile App for the full feature comparison.

What’s web-only?

Widget configuration, advanced analytics/metrics dashboards, and coaching features are currently web-only.

Coaching

How do I become a coach on Sequence?

Subscribe to Sequence and then send us an email to enable Coaching. See Coaching with Sequence for the full guide.

Can my clients use the mobile app?

Yes. Clients can view their schedule and complete workouts on the mobile app. They’ll see the workouts you’ve assigned to them.

What can I see as a coach?

You can see your clients’ scheduled workouts, completion status, widget data, notes and goals. You can view and edit their planner in Coach Mode.

Data & Privacy

Is my data secure?

Can I export my data?

Yes. Go to Settings → Account and look at the Data Management section.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data and cannot be undone.
