Subscription

Sequence offers different subscription tiers depending on your needs. Manage your subscription from the Settings menu.

Free Tier

Get started with Sequence at no cost:

  • Create and schedule workouts up to 50 workouts

Premium

Unlock the full Sequence experience:

  • Unlimited workouts

Coaching

For coaches who train clients:

  • Client management
  • Coaching workouts and templates

Managing Your Subscription

On Web

Go to Settings → Account and click on the Subscription section:

  • View your current plan
  • Upgrade or downgrade
  • Update payment method
  • View billing history
  • Cancel subscription

On Mobile

If you subscribed through the iOS App Store or Google Play Store, manage your subscription through your device’s subscription settings:

  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
  • Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased on mobile are managed through the respective app store, not through the Sequence website.

Payment Methods

Sequence accepts:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Apple Pay (on iOS)
  • Google Pay (on Android)

Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your choice at signup. Annual plans offer a discount compared to monthly billing.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm your cancellation

Your data is not deleted when you cancel. If you resubscribe later, everything will still be there.

Trial Period

New users get a free trial of Sequence. During the trial:

  • Access all features
  • No payment required
  • Cancel anytime
