Training Plans

Sequence includes pre-built training plans for Boulder, Routes and Combined climbing. Each plan provides direction and accountability, building week on week with variety and intensity.

Plans are customisable, you can drag workouts to different days, remove sessions, or add extras to fit your schedule.

Applying a Plan

Browse plans

Go to the Plans page and select a plan that suits your goals. If you would like to use this plan, all you need to do is click “Apply Plan” and the plan will be applied to your planner.

You have the option to choose when to begin and whether to overwrite existing scheduled workouts.

Customise as needed

Once applied, adapt the plan to your lifestyle by moving, removing, or adding workouts.

Each plan has a preview that you can view before applying to understand the training structure and weekly focus.
