Quick Start

Get up and running with Sequence in just a few minutes. This guide walks you through the core workflow - creating a workout, scheduling it, completing it, and viewing your progress.

Create your first workout

Go to Workouts and click New Workout. Give it a name, basic description, pick a category (like Strength or Endurance), set an estimated duration and click Create.

You can add widgets and extra details later.

Schedule it on your planner

Go to the Planner and click on a day. You’ll now be able to search and select your new workout.

Once this is added, you can click on your workout for more details. You can also drag the workout to a different day if you need to.

Complete the workout

When you finish training, open the scheduled workout and mark it complete by clicking the Complete Workout button.

View your progress

Check your dashboard and metrics to see training load, completed workouts and progress toward your goals.

Start simple. As you get comfortable with Sequence you can explore more features.
